02 Products & Quality
PulseJersey specializes in premium quality soccer jerseys. While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. Our "Authentic" jerseys refer to the premium fan-grade or player-grade versions available in our catalog.
03 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Free Shipping applies to orders over $100. Delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method (Special Line or DHL).
04 Returns & Refunds
We offer a 365-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Personalized jerseys (with custom names or numbers) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
05 Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
06 Intellectual Property
